My business claim was rejected. What can I do?

If your claim was rejected, it was most likely because we did not have sufficient information to verify your claim. If you still want to proceed claiming the profile page, please open a support ticket and include the following information:

  • Email Address
  • Business Name
  • Your affiliation to the business
  • Contest business is competing on
  • Attach documentation showing that you are an official representative of the business (for example, a phone bill, utility bill or a business card).
