If your business has already been claimed, there are a few things that could have happened.
- You created an account in the past with a different email address
- Logout and try logging in with a different e-mail address, i.e. email@example.com
- Another representative from your business already claimed it on our site
- Consult with fellow employees to ensure that one of them does not already have access before contacting us
Please Note: A business profile can be managed by multiple business owners, however CityVoter accounts (based on a unique email address) are only able to manage one nominee via the Business Center.
